food Program

The Food Program began in 1990 with the mission to change lives by reducing food insecurity. Germantown churches with Germantown faith leaders partnered to offer food 1 day each week so no area residents would go hungry. Each Tuesday 11am-1pm a team of volunteers serve delicious, nutritious food for seniors and those in need. Germantown Friends School students are committed to volunteering for many years with the program. The Food Program has expanded to include clothing distribution, health awareness and social support program information.
